Christina Barrueta has been a Phoenix-based food, beverage and travel writer since relocating from Boston in 2008. In 2016, she was inducted into the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame as Food Writer of the Year, and is currently working on her first book. Her work can be found in publications such as Phoenix Home & Garden and WhereTraveler, and as a regular contributor for the Scottsdale Visitors Bureau and the Arizona Office of Tourism.
