Amy Beros is a dedicated leader in the philanthropic sector, having spent more than a decade developing and implementing strategic development plans to empower non-profit organizations.

Passionate about advancing causes that are changing people’s lives, Amy currently serves as Vice President of Development at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina. Beginning as major gifts officer and capital campaign manager in 2014, Amy built the Food Bank’s first major gift program and completed a $10,000,000 capital campaign for a new facility. Amy leads a team of twenty-eight staff, with an annual revenue goal of $10,600,000 and oversight of 25,000 volunteers.

Prior to the Food Bank, Amy led development efforts for Inter-Faith Food Shuttle and was Director of Corporate Partnerships for Easter Seals UCP NC & VA.

A graduate of Clemson University, Amy earned an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. Amy currently resides outside Raleigh with her husband and two young children.
