Madison is an expert in creating custom pieces of edible art for weddings and special occasions. She is the founder and Pastry Chef of Modern Bake, which is a small, local business. Due to this, every client is taken care of personally and no one gets left behind! You can see that Modern Bake’s Instagram is scattered with incredible creations ranging from cakes to chocolates. She is always up for customizing but tends to follow a contemporary design method by using unique skills, textures and hand-crafted sugar flowers. A fun fact is that she has learned some of her best sugar flower tricks from a world famous Pastry Chef in New York City. Before Madison started Modern Bake, she attended SAIT in the Baking and Pastry Arts Program. Upon completion, she worked in the culinary and wedding industry alongside some of the best in the business. All in all, Madison is passionate about baking and continually strives to exceed her client’s expectations by providing unique designs and flavors.
