Faces of KNOW: Arti Verma

Faces of KNOW: Arti Verma

Today, we are spotlighting co-founder of Mixximize, business woman and philanthropist, Arti Verma. Arti can be found on page 33 of our 2019 Edmonton KNOW book.

Arti is dedicated to fostering strong communities among business professionals, which is the foundation of what Mixximize values. Mixximize is a networking platform built to connect business professionals on their pursuit for success, as well as support noble causes. When Arti co-founded her company, she strongly believed that people were more likely to succeed if she helped others on their journey as well.

Arti is proud to stand behind a company that encourages a networking community to support initiatives that specifically matter to them. As much as Arti is a businesswoman, she is philanthropist–always looking to pay it forward. She also has her own non-profit called “Live to Help”. Last year Live to Help raised and donated $10,000 to Edmonton Down Syndrome! Arti aims to speak about Mixximize every month at KNOW networking events, and encourages the power of giving. Mixximize has recently added on their new feature, Mixximize VIP, for people who want to “level-up” their connections and success.

We asked Arti to give us some fun facts and bucket list goals and this is what she answered:

                                           Arti’s Fun Facts

  1. 1. I aim to be a better version of myself everyday; to be true to myself and the people around me.
  2. 2. I run a spiritual group in Edmonton where we sing, cook healthy food, exercise, and glorify God together.
  3. 3. I support women education in India.
  4. 4. I love dancing to the point that my feet get tired!
  5. 5. I’m a very romantic person and love my husband very much.
